Article I
 
Membership
 
Section I: Eligibility
Any person with a passion or interest for canines and canine activities are welcome.
 
Section II: Dues
Donations are accepted to help fund club activities, but are not required. Entry fees for events (Including, but not limited to: Fun Matches and Contests) will be noted at the time of the event announcement.
 
Section III: Termination of Membership
Any physical or emotional abuse/damage to another member, human or canine, will be cause for immediate removal from the club.
 
Article II
 
Meetings
 
Monthly club meetings will be held to discuss any changes, activities, and events. Announcements of meetings will be sent one week in advance via email or postal mail as well as posted on the website.
 
Article III
 
Censure
 
Section I: Club Suspension or Expulsion
Any member may be suspended or expelled by majority vote of the officers of the club.
 
Section II: Suspension or Expulsion Procedures
Any charges against a member must be specific and in writing. The written copies will be presented and discussed at a board meeting. The substance of the charges will be considered as prejudicial to the best interest of the club. If the charges are found to have substance, a hearing date will be scheduled. A copy of the charges and notice of hearing will be sent to the accuser and defendant.
 
Section III: Mandatory Permanent Expulsion
Any member knowlingly involved, in any way, with dog fighting, abuse, or neglect will be immediately and permanently expelled.
 
Article V
 
Amending the By-Laws
 
Any and all club By-Laws cannot and will not be amended at any time by anyone other than club members by a 2/3 majority vote.
